Form distribution date is extended to 8th June, 2013. Only 1 counter will remain open for distribution of Forms on 8th June from 11.30am -3.30pm. Form receiving date is extended to 10th June, 2013. All receiving counters will operate from 11.30 am - 3.30pm on 10th June, 2013.
